The Public Works Director announced today that beginning immediately and for the
next three to five days, Sunnyside Avenue at Gerdes will be reduced to one lane
of traffic controlled by flag persons, signs and cones.

The lane closures and restrictions are required to permit Burlington Municipal
Waterworks crews to repair a main water valve.

Motorists are encouraged to avoid the construction zone.
