[Burlington-news] Construction Update

The Waterworks Department announced today that beginning at 10:00 a.m.,
Thursday, June 28, 2006 a portion of Curran Street between Agency Street and the
US 34 ramp will be reduced to one lane alternating traffic controlled by signs
and cones.

The lane closure is required to allow contractors to accomplish water system
improvements.  The work is expected to take three to five days.

Motorists are encouraged to avoid the construction zone.
