[Burlington-news] Construction Update

The Public Works Director announced today that weather permitting, at 7:00 a.m.,
Monday, October 3, 2005, a portion of South Main Street between Angular and
Locust Streets will be reduced to one lane of alternating traffic controlled by
signs, barricades and cones.

The closure and restriction is required to allow contractors to repair a
building sewer.  Motorists are alerted to be cautious of heavy equipment
movement and to barricades surrounding the utility cut.

The work is expected to take four days.
