[Burlington-news] Construction Update

The Public Works Director announced today that weather permitting, beginning at
7:00 a.m., Monday, October 3, 2005, the City’s contractor will be accomplishing
curb and gutter work on the south one-half of the west side of North 5th Street
between Washington and Columbia Streets.  The work may occasionally result in
lane restrictions south bound on North 5th.

Motorists are cautioned to be alert for heavy equipment movements.

The work is expected to take ten days.
