[Burlington-news] Construction Update

The Public Works Director announced today that weather permitting, beginning,
Monday, August 8, 2005, the eastbound traffic on Kirkwood between Roosevelt and
Belmont Court will be shifted over to the new north lane.  The detour for
westbound traffic remains the same.  The frontage road north off Kirkwood, east
of Roosevelt will be reopened.

Motorists are cautioned to be aware of detours, informational signage and heavy
equipment movement.

The work is expected to take thirty days.
